QUESTION: Using Hot Thermo Extrusion and making twin lines how many metres per ton can we expect? ANSWER: This will change depending upon Thickness of the Extrusion. Here are examples using 2mm & 3mm thickness of Extrusion. Given line widths of 10 cm, double lines, and a line thickness of 2 mm you will be able to do 1250 m double lines with 1000 kg material or 2500 m single line.
